Arm Farm Pitching Program

Ran by Coach Rivera, This individual based pitching/throwing program looks to improve and focus on strength, force, power, velocity and health. The average gain in velocity per athlete has ranged from 3-5mph In a 6-8 week timeframe. All athletes will know the proper functional body movements as a pitcher and go through weekly breakdowns, analysis on mechanics, and readings through Rapsodo and Pocket Radar. Arm Farm is for athletes who are looking for continuous improvements while having a set strategy and game plan to execute and win the training session of the day. This program will include specific strength training, mobility and workload management at each session pre and post throwing.
